By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Prices, products, and offers shown on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (currently Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize The Part-Time Hypnotist and Stripe to charge the applicable fees, including any upsells or downsells you accept during checkout. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, time windows, and conditions are described on the sales page for each product. Where a money-back guarantee is offered, the terms of that specific guarantee control. To request a refund, contact support@theparttimehypnotist.com within the guarantee window.

5. License to Use Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment, The Part-Time Hypnotist grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and any included materials for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, copy, or publicly share the materials in any form without prior written consent.

14. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

The Part-Time Hypnotist offers an SMS text messaging program that sends appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and updates related to your inquiry or appointment. You enroll by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our web forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at support@theparttimehypnotist.com.
